What is a Ready Stock?
A ready stock product is one that has stock on hand and is ready for shipment. All items shown online are in stock, except for those marked "Pre-order".
What are the shipping costs and how long will my order take to arrive?

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
Please check your junk mail folder to ensure that it is not there. If you still can't find it, please contact our support team, who will be happy to assist you.
Can I change my delivery address?
For security reasons, we are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been confirmed. We recommend that you contact us within one hour if you want to cancel and replace an order. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before check out your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order by contacting us within one hour of placing the order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a dispatched email containing a tracking link for your order, or you may log in to your BoeyLands customer account hub to track it.
Where do you ship from?
All Singapore orders are shipped from Singapore, except for Malaysia orders. Malaysia orders will be shipped directly from Malaysia's warehouse to the customer's address in Malaysia.
