What is your online return(s) policy?
You may return the item(s) to us for Store Credit within 30 days from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What I have to do if I've received the faulty/damaged item(s)?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. We're incredibly sorry if you have received a defective item, normally it won't happen as we will do the final checking before we shipped the item to customer(s). Please give us a chance to fix it, please contact our support team within 3 days from the delivery date with the following info:
- Order number
- Photo of the defective item(s)
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the item is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
We will request the damaged item be returned to us, after which we will send it to our inspection team, who will determine whether a manufacturing fault exists or cause.
How do I return my order?
You may return to us with your own trackable courier. To start a return, please contact our support team, who will happy to assist and guide you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?
We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel and it will be returned to you with SGD 3.50 shipping fee.
How long will it take to get my Store credit ?
It can take between 3-5 working days for your store credit to be entered.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Your return will go through the inspection. If the refund is approved, the refund will be entered within 3-5 working days and it'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund notice will be sent to your registered email once the refund has been entered.
