What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an online purchase made before the product is ready for shipment.

 

When can I expect to receive my Pre-Order?

An estimated arrival time of 5 to 10 working days. There may be shipment delays due to the limited flights available with the delivery partner with whom we are collaborating.

 

What are the shipping costs and timelines for Pre-order?

Timeframe (Working Days)	Descriptions
Days 1 to 8	The items shipped from oversea to local (Singapore)
Days 9 to 10	The items arrived in Singapore. It is ready for packing and shipping to the customer(s).

 

Is it possible to cancel my Pre-Order?

It is not possible to cancel the Pre-order once it has been placed after 2 hours.

 

What happens if the Brand/Manufacturer does not restock/produce the Pre-Order item?

Once your order is placed and paid for, your pre-order item will be reserved/secured from the Brand/Manufacturer. We will refund you within (3)THREE working days if we discover that the item you ordered will not be restocked.
